Index/Partners

Our BaD partners.

Partners are the brands that turn student projects into real-world deals. Long-running collaborations, not one-off sponsorships.

  • Real briefs from real teams
  • Mentorship, often, before money
  • Connections that outlast the school year
/ 01 / Partnership

What it actually means to be a partner.

In plain language

Partners help shape student projects into real-world deals. The relationship is reciprocal: students get briefs, networking, and sometimes paid work. Partners get fresh thinking, energy, and a generation that grew up reading their packaging.

  • Brief work. Partners drop a real challenge, students respond with a real proposal.
  • Mentorship. Guest visits, studio talks, portfolio reviews, occasional internships.
  • Production. Photography, design, and small builds executed by the team.
  • Long arc. The point is the relationship over years, not the deliverable in a week.

Three ways to show up.

Pick one. Or all.
A

Drop a brief

Send a real challenge: a campaign, a launch, a brand evolution. Students respond with a real proposal.

  • One brief per semester is plenty
  • Outcome reviewed by the partner
  • Best work makes a portfolio piece
B

Mentor

Visit the studio. Critique work. Host a workshop. Bring your team.

  • One visit a year is meaningful
  • Remote critiques welcome
  • Internship matching where it fits
C

Hire the studio

Commission photography, design, or web work and pay students for the result.

  • Photography, brand, or web
  • Booked through advisors
  • Files delivered, invoice issued
